Spravato Essentials
If you are a new patient starting Spravato treatment with us, please make sure you complete the essential steps below before you begin treatment.
REMS Enrollment
Before starting Spravato treatment, all patients must enroll in the Spravato REMS program (Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy), this is a requirement from the FDA to receive Spravato.
You will be emailed the REMS enrollment form after booking your first Spravato appointment. Please make sure you sign this as quickly as possible to prevent any delays to your first treatment.
Spravato withMe Medication Savings Program
We advise all Spravato patients to enroll in the SPRAVATO withMe patient savings program. The program reduces the out-of-pocket cost of Spravato medication to $10/treatment for eligible patients.

It’s a requirement that you are enrolled in the Spravato REMS program first before enrolling in the Spravato withMe Savings program, so make sure you complete that before following the steps below.$10/treatment
1. Enroll
You must enroll in the SPRAVATO withMe savings program before receiving your SPRAVATO® medication to qualify for savings. The savings can backdate up to 9 months if you qualify.
Enroll via the link below or call 844-4S-WITHME available Mon–Fri, 8am–8pm EST.
2. Assign benefits
Once enrolled in the savings program, fill out the assignment of benefits form below.
This allows Heading to claim for the rebate payments on your behalf.
3. Let us know
Save a copy/photo of your SPRAVATO® Savings Program card (or print/download your enrollment confirmation).
Email the Savings Card and Assignment of Benefits form to:

Subject: Spravato Savings Card Enrollment
Include:
● Your full name
● Your clinic location (e.g., Austin, San Antonio, Trophy Club)
● The date you enrolled
