I want therapy to feel easy and supportive even when it's hard. My approach to therapy is conversational with a unique means of 'sneaking in' therapy without emphasis, allowing the patient space to have a-ha moments.

Patricia is a certified clinical trauma professional and keeps an awareness of trauma within her interactions, and takes a a trauma sensitive approach. Patricia cheekily associates being "a cool mom" to being a "cool therapist." An easy-going, non-judgemental approach builds trust and rapport. When she is not working Patricia enjoys traveling, crafting and has a new found appreciation for grounding in nature, and respect for alternatives to healing to include breathwork, manifesting, and chakra healing.
