Dr. Latoya Nottage-Murphy, MD is a board-certified psychiatrist licensed in the state of Texas. She grew up in Nassau in The Bahamas. Her mother was a psychiatric nurse who spoke compassionately of her patients’ struggles and victories with mental illnesses. As she was growing up, she worked with her father in the family tourism business of water sports, which introduced her to an international population that honed her communication skills and cultural sensitivity. Dr. Nottage-Murphy is now looking forward to working in interventional psychiatry with Heading Health to help alleviate bothersome symptoms and improve and maintain stability for her patients, and currently sees patients via telehealth.

Dr. Nottage-Murphy accepts most insurance plans, and treats many mental health conditions including depression, OCD, and anxiety. For patients who struggle to find success through traditional treatment methods, Heading also offers specialized treatments such as Intramuscular Ketamine, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation, and Spravato in-clinic.
