In 2020, Heading was founded by a talented team of clinicians, human-centered designers, and technologists. Based in Austin, Texas, Heading’s initial offering has inspired patients, clinicians, and investors. Now Heading is ready to start growing state-wide and nation-wide!

We have unparalleled experience in delivering safe and effective interventional treatments and have built a world-class scientific advisory board to ensure we are consistent with the latest developments in clinical research. Our supportive investors come from life sciences, psychedelics, and healthcare.

  • Drive marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness, attract consumers and providers
  • Utilise marketing resources to drive utilisation of centers and provider recruitment (email, adwords, paid social, organic content, traditional etc.)  
  • Brings analytical approach and tools to ensure performance marketing goals and ROI are being measured and achieved 
  • Manages third party vendors related to SEO and content development  
  • Work with external PR agency to drive brand awareness 

Are you a good fit? 

  • Proven ability develop to strategize and execute across multiple channels (facebook/instagram/adwords/linkedin/outdoor/email) in performance marketing, content distribution and analytics 
  • Track record of working with multiple teams (HR, clinical, finance, business development) 
  • 3+ years of experience including SEO optimization, social media, email campaigns, community outreach and traditional  
  • Mission driven – you must have a strong personal attachment to improving the mental health of our patients 
  • Results obsessed, with a proven track record of exceptional drive in any discipline (sports, business etc.)
  • Independent thinker – able to make decisions without direct supervision, and understand the “Heading way” vs traditional mental healthcare delivery 
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal  
  • Have a patient-first mindset – be an advocate for our patients, as they are at the forefront of our mind with every business decision made
